Just a little note to thank you for your prompt service.  Doing business with you is such a pleasure. As always, I have been so impressed by the courtesy and efficiency of you and your employees.  Please convey my thanks to the fellows that work for you.  You certainly can be proud of them.  They did a great job moving my furniture in the past.

We were especial impressed with your friendliness and patience (we shopped on a Friday night at 8:45pm).  Those traits are rarely seen in retail anymore.

Just wanted to drop you a note and tell you how thrilled I am with my Hitchcock dining room!  It was a pleasure dealing with your fine store.  Everyone was wonderful to me - right down to your delivery men who took great care to set-up everything.

Thank you for making this a dream come true.  I won't hesitate to recommend your store or return myself!

Dear Mr. Moyer,

Last Saturday, my wife and I came into your establishment to look at some furniture for our home which we will move into in June.  I just wanted you to know that your employees are the most courteous and knowledgeable sales folks we have run into in our search for good furniture.  Not only are your employees terrific, but so it the selection of quality furniture.

We spent several hours with Steve, who helped us make some excellent choices for our new home (we will move in around June 28).  Not once did Steve attempt to pressure us into the "Bargain of the Week" like so many other salesmen at other stores tired to do.  As a matter of fact we were somewhat apprehensive about looking for furniture due, in part, to poor selection and high pressure sales tactics we encountered elsewhere.

As I said before, Steve was terrific.  Because we were not pressured into buying, we wound up with more of your furniture than anticipated.  We feel very comfortable with the selections we made and look forward to having them in our name shortly.  We also look forward to buying the rest of our furniture from your establishment as our small family grows. 

It's nice to know that there are still some stores around that know how to make a customer feel welcome.  Your establishment certainly does.
